Aveiro Urban Apartment by Visit-Aveiro

The location of the apartment was quite central. The host was nice with the virtual check-in and let us check-in 30 minutes earlier. The instruction were very clear for the check-in. Everything in apartment was working. The towels were clean.

The utensils in the apartment are very dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned for months. The rooms need a deep clean, the carpet needs to be washed. All the electronic devices such as water kettle , toaster, coffee machine were impossible to use because it was very dirty. So, yes cooking is impossible.

Th check in is late and check out is too early, no one meets you on arrival and there is not locker to keep the bags in case you have to leave early

Easy to access, kind staff. The flat is very confortable, has everything you need for a short and even long stay, well equipt kitchen and confortable bathroom.

Sofa-Bed can be a bit more confy, but it was not bad at all.

Clean, modern, washing machine, underground parking, lift, 15 minute walk into the main part of Aveiro

Was a little tricky to locate. The building number not visibly clear. There is a lot of new development in the area.

The apartment was ready but the owner was very strict to not give access before 15:00, so I had to kill an hour in the car, as the city center was too far away to go there. Also, on the pictures you can see an air conditioner, BUT it’s not working. So don’t be fooled that this place is cool, it’s almost 30C in there, because of the big windows.
