Location is OK, short drive to the beach, some restaurants nearby. Pool area is great, we really enjoyed it! The residence is gated with a security guard and cameras. The host provided early check in and late check out, which helped us a lot. WIFI is good.

The fan in the bedroom is really loud, making some clicking noises and the aircon turns of after about 10 minutes, so it was really hot. Some guests in the residence were partying until 3 AM, so it was a bit hard to sleep.

Very nice apartment, spacious and nice interior. it’s a bit far away from the main steet and Tulum beach. You need a car. The area is under construction and hopefully it will be better soon.

Location was a bit too far away and the streets around was very bad to drive on. However the apartment and pool area was very nice.
