COZYMINIUM in Mega 2 at the HEART of Baguio City

It's near to everything especially the e-vehicles that go by the area so it's easy to travel. Near malls and session roads. The room was okay a bit fair for the price and the attendant was friendly and easy to talk with

1. If you are looking for a budget-friendly place for a short stay, this one is for you. 2. The place is accessible to most of the city’s famous landmarks, which is great because you can save on fare or transportation costs.

If you are traveling as a group (5 or more people), I would not recommend this place, as it is not spacious enough to accommodate a large group. If you are a neat-freak or an OC type of person, you should skip this place for the following reasons: 1. The comfort room is not clean (except for the toilet bowl). There were molds on the shower, on the shower curtain, and on the walls. 2. The bed’s footboard is cracked. 3. There is no free drinking water. 4. There is no electric stove you can use if you want to cook, although they do provide a rice cooker and an electric kettle. 5. We could smell a slight foul odor, but we couldn’t identify where it was coming from. 6. If you want a minimalist type of place, this is not ideal for you since the owner seems to love having a lot of décor, which makes the place feel overcrowded. 7. The bedsheets and pillowcases look clean but don’t feel comfortable.

The property is at a really good location. The place really feels cozy with complete basic amenities. It is also clean, safe and comfortable.

Not that we didn't like it but more like a suggestion to update the look to a more modern and cohesive interior arrangements but the place is really nice.

Location.

Decor is jaded. It feels like living in someone’s house. A few things don’t work well. One fan and the shower. But probably good value in that location. .

The location is great right in the center of the city.

The room is a bit crowded and there was some small cock roach came out at night in the pantry area.

The room decor was really cute, my girlfriend loved it

It was a very short stay and everything was just fine

Their fast internet connection, i didn't have any complain about that, i used it during my stay as i remotely working. Very useful

The COCKROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE! from their cabinets, drawers ng kitchen utensils, in the bathroom! and event sa mga singit ng big wall mirror lumalabas mga ipis!. It's very disappointing, plus those molds in the bathroom, place is POORLY maintain. At first, we were treated like a SCAMMERS as they experience 3x being booked at na-cancel, and the guest used the property while their booking is cancelled. (Kasalanan pa ba namin yon?) Antagal pa bago kami paakyatin despite of evidence and receipt na na-booked namin yung place. When we were heading sa unit tinatanong kami if we booked it with discount as if kung ano yung madatnan namin yun na yon to compensate kase we book the place urgently, just deal with it ganon! Yung mga tirang pagkaen ng previous guest nasa ref pa. We didnt rest as we clean the area and kitchen utensils kase nga may mga ipis, amoy ipis lahat pag binuksan mo mga cabinets, yung microwave nyo puro tae ng ipis, na by the way nilinis na din namin. Andaming gamit na naka garbage bag sa mga kabinet, previous guest's panty liner nasa biranda, i cannot complain more. Kase kung may kasunuran man kaming guest they have plenty of time to clean the place, almost 6pm na kami pinapasok sa unit tapos akala namin malinis at first sight. Mga alikabok nasa mga kanto lang ng unit. I didnt expect na makakaencounter ako ng ganto.Sira ang bedroom kabinet na mukang mini bodega na, bedframe sira na din. Nakakaawa yung may ari ng place as the care taker is not as good as maintaining the place, they better investigate/check the place.
