We like the location. The owner must be rich because she let us used high-branded plates and kitchenwares.

The room is dusty. It might have been vacant for a long time because the bedsheet, towels and pillowcase are not as fresh or clean as it must be. I accidentally dropped my phone under the bed frame and it was shocking to discover how dirty it was. The owner could have provided electric cooking stove instead of what's in there for easy cooking. I understand that it's for safety reason but it's only my suggestion. And one more thing, if your unit will be rented for good, I suggest to clear all the wall stickers and decorations and repaint it with pure white. Just leave the TV as is and change all the pillows and bedsheets with plain colors. Minimalist is the key to prevent dusty home.
