JCGA Apartments at Bristle Ridge Condominium Near Botanical Garden and The Mansion

The unit itself was great. It was really clean especially the sheets and bathroom. It is quite accessible though it’s a few minutes away from the center.

I had to pay for the parking because the unit does not have its parking space. I did not notice that while I was booking the property. The owner was unreachable the few times I called as we were trying to find the place. I was only able to get a hold of her when we were already on site.

The amenities, cleanliness and quietness of the place as the location is far from the busy city center.

The place being far from city center, location is not too accessible for public transport (jeepney) although taxi is available but u'll need to wait for quite sometime or walk further down the road for better chances. Otherwise, you can opt to bring ur own car.
