The little things that were OK are lost in the false description of the apartment

The apartment is not 45m2 - as declared in the offer, but no more than 20m2 The apartment is definitely not for 4 people.The table wasn't for 4 people, there weren't 4 chairs. For sure It is not Luxory, there is no L of anything luxurious. The pictures on the Booking reservation are not what I saw on the site. I requested and I got owner approval for early check in (at 12:00) we entered the apartment at 16:30 There were no towels in the apartment - the owner apologized via viber message and explained that towels would be brought, but that did not happen until the end of the upcoming stay there. The kitchen without an air extractor, an induction hob that did not work with the kitchen equipment that was available. Everything else that is described as available in the kitchen is a big LIE. The owner promised a partial refund, but that remained a promise. After this communication, the owner no longer contacted me. To be honest, he offered me to stay one day more , but that wasn't in my plans and I didn't accept. I would NEVER book there again and I don't recommend anyone to book this apartment!!!!! Booking team!!! If you want a negative reputation, you can freely leave this offer on your platform!!!!! I regret that Booking allows such fake offers to be available.

The apartment was stylish and comfortable with a magnificent view. It was clean and the kitchen was equipped.

For the summer period an A/C is needed.

Everything was OK with attention to the details. We were happy to be at the suite. Anyway there were some problems!

There were some problems: 1. No air conditioning and the suite was very hot! 2. The bathtub is not available to use. 3. No mosquito net.

Nice cozy suite with all needed necessities. Host is pleasant and answers quickly. Location is on high ground and at outskirts of Bansko, you can have nice wide view of Bansko and surrounding area.

Please update the correct address of the suite and please remove the services which are not available in the hotel complex.
