Everything in the apartment is really really clean and includes everything you may need. If you wanna cook something any basic equipment is provided. The place is perfect for a short stay. The host is very nice, his answers were quick and helpful. The neighbourhood is fine, it's really close to the city centre and I see no problem it's multicultural.

Yes, the walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbors in the morning, but in three nights it was never noisy.

Everything was great! It's bigger than I thought and the bed was comfortable and firm. We visited during the colder season and the heating worked perfectly well. The main attractions of Torino are walkable, I would say 10-25min depending where you go. Massimiliano was also very communicative, clear, and helpful. He gave us some restaurant recommendations which we enjoyed.

The apartment is super clean and provides everything you need including kitchen utensils and even some groceries. Massimiliano is an exceptional host, he not only showed us in, which is a rare thing now, but explained everything about the apartment, the neighbourhood and places of interest. An excellent example of Italian hospitality!

The neighbourhood looked a bit seedy at firs for two female middle aged travellers but we found it safe and it's very close to places of interest in Turin

The flat is very clean and close to the bus and tram stop. The host is very nice and ready to help.

Bright apartment.

Our bus arrived at 8.50 pm. On arrival the owner asked us to pay a late check in fee of 30 euros (after 8pm) and 25 euros for city tax. We also took an Uber from the bus because reviews suggested it was a tough neighbourhood so we thought it better to not walk after dark. So an expensive stay! Also one towel each for 5 days without a washing machine is not adequate. No tea towels for dishes either.

Really good location for piazza reale and a must visit. A short walk to the Piazza Vittorio and the open river pearl, fab view. Air con saves our day. The owner is friendly and his recommended food places are really good. Good value for money.

The immediate area outside seems a bit dodgy, however nothing happened at all, no thief or crime. We had lots of mosquito bites, not sure fro walk or the property, but we did spot one or two inside the room.
