Majutusasutuse asukoht on väga hea. Suusatõstukist 250 m kaugusel. Meeldivaks üllatuseks oli maja poolt tervituseks jäetud pudel maitsvat roosat veini!

Majutusasutuse kirjelduses on kirjas, et pääseb suuskadega treppi, kuid nii see ei ole. Suusatõstukini tuleb siiski kõndida. Korteris on kasutusel odavad veesegistid, millega veetemperatuuri parajaks reguleerimine on väga ebamugav. Korteri siseviimistluse kvaliteet on vilets. Kuigi korterist väljaregistreerimine oli 12:00, ootasid koristajad juba 11:20 kannatamatult ukse taga.
