New Balon Borgo Dora Center

Right beside a daily residential market. Also 5 min walk from the tourist area. Perfect for people on a budget. Cheap small but does the job. No balcony. Being in our 60s and technophobe the Electronic door system did confuse us but it took 20 minutes to work out but. It was fantastic when we worked it out. You only needed your phone to open the door. . Definitely the future for keys. 4 flights of stairs but we knew that and are fit. The area is busy residential Slightly run down but nice restaurants and bars . We stayed 2 nights .

It smells like smoke and mold. Curtains, blankets and sheets are stained, used and tacky, they do not match the photos. The climate makes noise. The shower glass is broken and the water doesn't mix. Dusty, dirty, unsafe apartment. Non-existent maintenance

The host was open to any questions I had and answered questions very quickly. The location is great and the apartment is spacious

The apartment is on the fourth floor, so that could present an issue for some, but I personally didn’t mind

I liked the location, close to city center, for example. I found interesting the key process, using virtual access keys off the mobile phone.

The self check-in was easy to understand and went quite quickly. The accommodation is in a great area with a few restaurants and nice bars.

The apartment could be a little cleaner. Especially the kitchen needs a good deep clean. It was quite cold in the accommodation. Check in is at 2 p.m. and not at 1 p.m..

The localisation is great and very close to the most important museums etc. The contact with the staff was also great. A lot of programs in the TV, not only the domestic ones.

The ambience of the Borgo Dora street seems to be a little dangerous. The pictures don’t depict the real state of the suite. The shower door were incomplete, it was pretty cold although the air conditioner was on all the time. The kitchen equipment may be needing a replacement.

Easy communication with the hosts , clean apartment on the 4th floor of the building. Bed was very comfortable. small kitchen available. Proximity to the central market was a huge plus. Many shops, cafe's, pizzerias around. Great value at a reasonable price. Neighbors were also friendly and helpful. Hope to be back one day.

We got more than expected for this price, nothing to complain about.
