Loistava sijainti aivan Turun keskustassa. Asunto oli kahdelle henkilölle riittävän tilava. Siistiä ja puhdasta.

Asunto oli tukalan kuuma heinäkuun helteillä. Avaimen hakuun tuli epämääräiset ohjeet, jouduimme käymään kahteen kertaan avaimen noutopaikassa ja avaimen palautuksesta piti erikseen kysyä. Luvattua parkkipaikkaa ei ollutkaan. Asunto kaipaa pintojen remontointia.

Asunto oli oikein hyvä perheelle ja keskeinen sijainti. Asunto oli helppo löytää. Omistaja vastasi hyvin ja oli mukava.

Peitot olisivat voineet olla aikuisen peiton kokoisia lisävuoteissa. 17-vuotiaalle vähän liian lyhyt.
