1BR Apt in the center of Batumi

Апартаменты просторные, кухня оборудована, хотя исправность не проверяла, так как не было необходимости.

При заселении был очень грязный санузел, такое ощущение, что не убрали после предыдущих жильцов, везде налет, разводы, волосы и тд. Неудобный жесткий матрас и грязные в желтых пятнах подушки, на которых невозможно спать. Грязное изголовье кровати, в целом всё, что касается кровати и принадлежностей для сна оставило очень неприятное впечатление.

Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly stay again. The apartment is well-equipped and has everything for an extended stay. The bathroom was large and contained a comfortable large shower. It is in a central location, but it is not noisy. You are close to the old town, the beach, and the airport is less than 20 minutes by car. There are also a few nice cafes/restaurants nearby. It is a great place for a short or extended stay.

There was only one set of keys, so coordinating the keys with another person if we had different plans or schedules was tricky. There is also no intercom system, so if you order food or something else, you need to go downstairs to collect it. The apartment had one set of bedsheets and towels. While this isn't a problem, it was a little inconvenient for a long stay. We had to get up early to wash the bedsheets and towels so they would be dry by evening. A second set for a long stay would be better. This wasn't a problem for me, but my wife. The direction of the apartment doesn't get a lot of sunlight.

It was very comfortable and calm place.

There were some spots on sofa, but nothing crazy.
