Parkkeeraus (Teatteriparkki) erittäin lähellä, hyvä sijainti (keskustassa), helpot ohjeet saapumiselle, nopea vastaus viesteihin. Asunnon sohva siisti ja mukava, parveke tarpeellinen kesäkuumalla. Pöytätuuletin auttoi jonkin verran yön ja päivän kuumuuteen.

Asunnossa jo ajan kulumaa (mm.ruokapöydässä ja kylppärin altaassa pinttymiä, suihkun nurkassa tummia pisteitä, sängyn patja painunut sekä keittiövälineistö jopa huonoa). Astiat teki mieli pestä ennen käyttöä, mutta ne olivatkin vain niin kuluneita että näyttivät likaisilta. Astiapyyhe likaisen näköinen. Pölyä pinnoilla ja nurkissa. Vain yhdessä ikkunassa pimennysverho (sälekaihtimet ja ohuemmat verhot muissa). Lokkien kirkunan takia parvekkeen ovea ei voinut yöllä pitää auki ja asunto kuumeni todella paljon. Kylpypyyhkeet rispaantuneet ja selvästi vanhat. Käsipyyhkeet likaiset (pinttynyttä likaa?).
