FENA City Slow Living Residence

The apartment is spacious and clean. The host was very thoughtful, leaving us some treats and attentive to our needs. Is the second time we are coming here.

The flat is at two levels. Very nicely decorated in a modern style befitting the building architecture which is also very modern. Upstairs you have two bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs you have one bathroom plus a kitchen and a sitting area. Balconies on both sides; the view is urban but it helps to be on the 4th floor as you "look down" on the city. All the facilities are great; the house is well maintained, the beds comfy, the water hot and with pressure. From that location you walk straight down for 10 minutes and you are in the middle of St. Constantine's waterfront, 5 more minutes and you are by the restaurants and bars. All in all a great place to stay!

I would recommend to the owners to place a divider in front of the first bedroom (the one with the en-suite) to give it privacy. As things stand whoever is at the 2nd bedroom needs to use the bathroom downstairs and therefore pass in front of the 1st bedroom which is completely open. A curtain or a folding door would do the trick and make the two bedrooms truly independent. Right now it is a bit awkward to have two couples staying and that is a pity as the place is really great.

Despite the cold weather, the property was very warm. One might say that the furniture was spartan, but to me it was functional without any clutter. The host was responsive to our queries.
