"Muy buena ubicación y bastante bien conservado."

La ubicación y muy completo. La idea de tener una habitación tipo buhardilla muy buena opción y da amplitud. Éramos 6 (4 adultos y dos niños) y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Algunas zonas estaban algo deterioradas.

A TV da sala não funcionava muito bem e a zona entre a cozinha, a mesa de refeições e o sofá era tudo muito apertado.

Apartamento novo e bem limpo, porém reparamos que algumas coisas na foram bem instaladas - portas dos armários encaixados ao revés- e o aquecimento não aguentou quando colocamos os 2 para funcionar .

La limpieza y ubicación. Estaba todo muy cuidado. No le faltaba detalle.

No hay calefacción, sólo 1 radiador y un calefactor los cuales son insuficientes para todo el hogar, aun asi, no hemos estado mal. Se escuchaba mucho el subir y bajar de los otros huéspedes dentro del apartamento.

El mecanismo con claves de acceso es una maravilla, ya que te olvidas de llevar llave encima con riesgo de perderla. La ubicación es genial, muy cerca de todo y casi todo andando. Estaba todo muy limpio y era muy acogedor.

Se podría mejorar la comunicación vía telefónica días antes del check-in. Ya que intentamos ponernos en contacto para algunas dudas y hasta un par de horas antes del check-in no tuvimos contacto. El colchón es muy incómodo y el sofá aún más. Se oye mucho lo que pasa en el rellano y en el apartamento de arriba.
