Das Apartment ist mit 28 qm sehr klein aber super intelligent eingerichtet. Selbst einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine gibt es. Richtig klein ist das Bad und die Dusche, hier kommt ein richtiges Tony House Feeling auf. Die Vermieter haben an viele Details gedacht, von der praktischen Schlüsselbox über ein Startpaket mit Wasser, Milch und Dolce Gusto Kaffeekapseln bis zu Spülmachinentabs, Waschmittel oder einer Wäschespinne. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Fenster haben Fliegengitter und durch die Klimaanlage ist es schnell angenehm kühl. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Das WLAN hat die Hälfte der Zeit nicht funktioniert.

Tolle kleine saubere mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattete Fewo.Alles lief reibungslos. Perfekt.

Für große menschen an manchen Stellen ein wenig klein.

Nice and clean apartment, well equipped (overall), comfortable bed. Neighbourhood is quite silent.

The apartment is located in an outer area of Zadar, so it’s gets a little uncomfortable sometimes, when you don’t have a car (public transportation is a mess in Zadar). The apartment lacked a freezer which is not too convenient during summertimes. The bath tub was leaking water, so the floor was quite wet after every shower. One more small thing that was missing - a duvet or a blanket.

Property was spacious with great amenities. We really enjoyed the TV and the kitchen was great for cooking! The bathroom living room and bedroom where all well equipped and very useful, we also liked the washing machine.

We where not a fan of the host and owner of the property being directly above you. We felt at times as if our every move was being watched and on multiple occasions received messages during our stay about things that other hosts have never mentioned or complained on before but overall a great stay, keep in mind when booking it is about 1hour 10 minute walk from zadar Center and about a 10 minute drive so without a car it would not be ideal.
