This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Towels have a surcharge of EUR 5 and bed linen have a surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per stay. The keys must be collected at the reception, Gran via de Pau casals 225, ROSES, 17480 between 3:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On the day of check-out, the keys must be returned to the same address no later than 10:00 am.

"correct mais manque d'équipement et wifi"

Il manque pas mal d'équipement dans la cuisine. Les ressorts de lits sont un peu vieux. Pas de code wifi disponible malgré la promesse de départ...

Appartement très bien placé, bien équipé.

Voisins très bruyants, murs très mal isolé. J avais l impression de dormir dans la même pièce que les voisins. Volet roulant des chambres à moitié cassé et celui de la terrasse se bloquer par moment. Et forte odeur de remonter d égouts.
