Location is perfec, near the beach and not far from the old city.

washing machine was not working, as well as TV. There is no door in shower , so the water is everywhere in bathroom after the shower.

Lokalizacja apartamentu była doskonała – blisko do centrum, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. Kilka kroków od plaży, sklepu, restauracji. Można było odpocząć, ale także łatwo dotrzeć do głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Obok znajduje się kawiarnia z przepyszną kawą. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku, było na miejscu. Właścicielka była miła i pomocna, udzieliła informacji i poleciła ciekawe miejsca w okolicy.

This apartment is right next to the beautiful Kolavare beach. Watching sunsets, just lazing around, and walking on beach are amazing experiences. The apartment in itself is quite well furnished. Good shower, good bed, comfortable sofas - modern. Nice shopping centres < a km away. And the old city of Zadar is a 5 Euro Uber ride away.

You've to PAY the whole amount in cash. No other possibility. The host, albeit nice, is really pushy about it. She wants the money literally upfront as soon as you get in. Parking was a bit weird. The property states that you can park inside. On the day of arrival, the host told us that parking inside wasn't feasible due to an ongoing construction and we should rather park outside the premises. Only upon pressing a bit, did she relent. And there was no construction going on. The apartment is located next a rather busy restaurant - literally next, you share a wall with the restaurant. And the only ingress and egress to the apartment is through the restaurant through a sea of people. Finally, I really wished the host hadn't solicited with us about the various trips in and around so early and so relentlessly.

Sehr zentral gelegen mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Strand gleich gegenüber, wobei dies eher ein öffentliches Bad ist. Der private Parkplatz ist ein riesen Plus, man kann wie man will, rein und raus. Apartment modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man im Selbstversorger Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber und die Inhaberin sehr freundlich.

Ein kleiner Punkt: unsere Dusche hatte keine Tür oder Vorhang, wodurch das Bad beim duschen unter was gesetzt wurde, trotz Vorsicht!

Расположение прекрасное, не так далеко от центра , но намного меньше людей и прилегающая территория фантастическая. Пляж в 2 минутах

Прямо рядом с моей дверью в апартаменты располагалось кафе. С утра и до вечера там сидят люди на летней площадке, очень громко и шумно. Чтобы выйти с квартиры нужно пройти через всю террасу летней площадки. Это создает не комфортную обстановку , и ты даже не можешь спокойно посидеть у себя на террасе за столом. В квартире не были туалетных принадлежностей таких как гель для душа! Это немыслимо. В первый раз такое встречаю, при том что в описании это было указано. И приезжая поздно ночью была ошарашена что я не могу сходить нормально в душ. На кухне не было сковородки, но упомянув об этом хозяйке она принесла ее с другой квартиры ( не слишком хорошая и вся поцарапанная, но хотя бы что то)

Die Lage war das einzig tolle an dieser Unterkunft.

Die Vermieterin nervt einen Monate vorher schon mit anrufen und nachrichten um irgendwelche Trips anzudrehen. Wir hatten Ameisen im Apartment eine defekte Waschmaschine wo der Vormieter nicht gemeldet hat und dadurch hatten wir täglich Telefonat mit der Vermieterin damit sie kommt... die Waschmaschiene mitnimmt und wieder bringt und sie danach leider tropft und somit wieder jemand kommen musste.... es war ein sehr unentspannter Urlaub für uns. An einem Abend hatten wir kein Wasser zum duschen und kochen weil das Wasser abgestellt wurde 🤦🏽‍♀️ Die Vorhänge sind dreckig die Klimaanlage stinkt und schimmelt. Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis hat für uns überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Die Vermieterin wollte uns nicht entgegenkommen und meinte nur hätten wir vor dem antreten des Urlaubs mit ihr telefoniert hätten wir das Apartment günstiger bekommen, weil wir dann über sie gebucht hätten und das bei Booking stornieren hätten können... Zadar Ja! War eine wunderschöne Stadt Aber das Apartment nie mehr wieder !!!

Great location. Right opposite beach. Easy walk into the old town. Secure off street parking. Great facilities onsite. Washing machine. Nice outdoor area. Air conditioned.

No fly screen so had to deal with the mosquitoes.
