Kedves házigazda! Világos instrukciókat kaptunk a bejutáshoz! Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés központi helyen, közel mindenhez! Parkoló is van! Ár érték arány jó!

Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out, schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, inkludierter Tiefgaragenparkplatz, super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz ist mit Schranke versperrt welche mit Schlüsselkarte zu öffnen ist - wir haben zuerst ohne Fahrzeug probeweise versucht, die Schranke zu öffnen. Als wir dann mit dem Fahrzeug kamen, funktionierte die Karte nicht mehr, da es offenbar ein „Schleifensystem“ ist, man muss also reinfahren und auch wieder rausfahren, wenn man die Karte dazwischen verwendet, funktioniert sie nicht mehr. Zum Glück hat uns ein netter Nachbar geholfen. Ich würde beim Check-In in Zukunft darauf hinweisen, dann ist das kein Problem mehr. Außerdem ist das Gefrierfach offenbar kaputt.

"Exellect apartment with good equipment, but if someone is allergic to dust it can be obstacle"

Great view from balcony, a lot of space, clean toilet and good kitchen. Tv work a little bit slow but u can watch anything u want from it or listen to music. Wi-Fi work without any issue. Nearby the apartment is small mall with bakery and grocerie.

Dirt under the sofa in the living room.

Dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok z okna

Lokal wygląda na wymagajacy odświeżenia. Raz wyremontowany i niestety nie widać aby było cos w nim odświeżone. W łazience brak środków do kąpieli.

"Super apartament w super lokalizacji :)"

Bardzo fajny, czysty apartament w super lokalizacji - blisko do mariny i starego miasta, a z samego apartamentu (7 pietro) rozciąga sie wspaniały widok na morze, przepływajace w oddali statki oraz cudowne zachody słońca. Balkon jest bardzo duży, z meblami ogrodowym, dzięki czemu mozna relaksować sie i jeść sniadania patrząc na widoki w oddali. Jest zmywarka i byly do niej tabletki :) Łóżko w sypialni bardzo wygodne, kanapa w salonie juz mniej wygodna :) Bezproblemowe otrzymanie kluczy i później wymeldowanie.

Na pewno warto trochę zadbać o sam apartament i dokonać niewielkich napraw typu urwane wieszaki na kurtki w przedpokoju, uszkodzone półki w lodówce, czajnik (w środku byl osad z kamienia), ale mimo wszystko apartament jest super - polecam :)
