Penthouse with roof terrace with jacuzzi

De locatie, alles was goed schoon (op een achtergebleven onderbroek in de wasmachine na), bedden waren comfortabel, beide badkamers zijn comfortabel, airco’s, de grootte van het dakterras, het mooie uitzicht rond zonsondergang en de jacuzzi.

De foto’s waren helaas mooier dan in het echt. Voornamelijk van het dakterras. De sfeer op de foto’s van het dakterras ontbrak in het echt. Er waren wat lampen kapot, er staan geen planten, de ligbedden stonden er niet (lagen wel in de kast, maar eentje was ook stuk) en de kabelverlichting was er ook niet. Klinkt allemaal als iets kleins, maar dit was voor ons als vriendinnen wel de reden om iets meer uit te geven zodat we een sfeervol appartement zouden hebben, waarbij veel van de sfeergevers bleken te ontbreken. Voor de staat waarin het nu verkeerde vonden we het wat prijzig.

If you’re the kind of traveller who likes city exploring by day and bubbling in a private rooftop hot tub by night... then stop scrolling – this is your place. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is modern, super clean, and exactly as shown (maybe even better – you know how rare that is!). The rooftop hot tub was the real MVP – total privacy, perfect temperature, and sunset-ready. The air con? Cold. Consistent. Beautifully quiet. The two secured parking spaces? An absolute jackpot in central Zadar. The location? 10-minute stroll to the Old Town, close enough for gelato runs but far enough to sleep in peace. The host? Smooth communicator, check-in was faster than our dog jumping out of the car. We only had three nights, and we spent the last one already planning our return. It was that good.

Honestly? Nothing. We were so happy we almost hugged the hot tub goodbye.

Bit of walking distance to old town but that ok…was very hot. Blinds didn’t block out early morning sun.

The apartment had a good location with a view of the harbour and old town. A large supermarket was a 5 minute walk to stock up on provisions. A very clean, modern layout , good for socialising and fabulous solarium with hot tub.

The only negative would be more pillows in the bedroom. This is a personal choice but the quality of bedding and pillow was good.
