Apartment Francesca mit Parkplatz nähe Altstadt

The owner is very professional. We really enjoyed our trip in Sibiu. We were welcomed with candies and other stuff for kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything that you need and the host really puts his efforts into making your experience as pleasant as possible. The balcony was great, the bed very comfy (even the sofa was comfy) and very clean. There is a smart TV in the bedroom and another TV in the living room which is open space with kitchen. Looks exactly as in the photos. We really liked the fast response and help we received from the owner. The door has a pin lock and the pin we received was not working but the owner quickly went home and changed the pin to allow us to enter the apartment. The parking is right outside the building so points to this one as well. The bedroom and the living room both have access to the balcony. There is tea, coffee, sugar and even ice and other stuff you can use when going there. To end this review, this booking is perfect despite we had stuff we didn't like. The price was very good for the features.

There was no AC but there is a ventilator so it was fine for us. Also the walls are quite slim. Don't get me wrong, we weren't doing any party but even listening to low to medium volume could be heard from bedroom despite the thic doors.

--These apartments had everything we needed and even more. There's nothing you wouldn't find here. --The decoration was very interesting and had its own unique style. --Out of all the places I've been to on this trip, these apartments had the most convenient check-in and check-out instructions.

--There were ants that ate our breakfast roll 😆

Very clean, modern contemporary decorated. Host is very nice, entrance is automated, kitken is fully utilated, even small aliments like sugar, salt, oil, cofee, tea are available

All was good, nothing to complain, maybe I would prefere another pillow type.

Wonderful apartment, tastefully decorated, very clean and cozy in a quiet area, very close to the historic center. We felt that everything is done with taste and love. The mattress in the bedroom is one of the best and very comfortable ones we’ve ever slept on. It was great having separate duvet covers, which we always do at home because my husband and I tend to uncover each other during the night. A dedicated parking spot right in front of the windows is great too. Tasty welcoming snacks for the guests were nice as well. New high quality washing machine with built-in dryer function is perfect for long stay guests. We needed a drying rack for delicate clothes and Dirk, the host, kindly agreed to buy one. The host is awesome, very kind and responsive. Highly recommend! We would love to stay here again when we have a chance to come to Sibiu again.

We had great time at the apartment. It had everything we needed (and more), located in a quiet spot but also close enough to the historic center (10-15 minutes of walking). We also valued the parking, which was easily accessible from the main boulevard, comfortable and safe. I don't often like to repeat locations but if we go to Sibiu again, we will gladly stay at the same apartment.
