Altura da Maré - Apartamento Maresia

Óptima localização, perto da praia e muito sossegado. Casa apetrechada com tudo o que é necessário, óptimos colchões. Recomendo muito para famílias. Poder levar o nosso cão sem custo acrescido foi mais um ponto a favor. Anfitriões excelentes, muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

O espaço exterior e a possibilidade de se utilizar o barbecue. Está bem equipado. A localização permitia ir a pé para a praia.

O motor do ar condicionado do quarto principal faz muito barulho, sendo incomodativo para quem fica no outro quarto (o motor partilha a parede desse quarto).

Localização excelente. Não tinha noção que tinha parqueamento o que foi um bónus adicional positivo.

O terraço e a localização.

Falta de limpeza e apartamento pouco cuidado. Autoclismo não funcionava bem e os utensílios da cozinha danificados e muito sujos.

Location near the beach.

On arrival, there was a bit of sand on the floor and inside some cupboards. To flush the toilet, it needed to be pressed more than once. The air con in the living room was really noisy (there must be something wrong with it) and the outside buckets were filled with water. The door key was very tricky: the key lock needs to be replaced.

We stayed 1 week. Good private outside area, kitchen is equipped (except, there is no oven) and there was space in the living room. Quiet neighborhood, easy sleep. 10 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and stores around the apartment. Private parking space. Host is responsive and listened to my concerns. Hopefully there will be the minimal improvements in the future he promised he will do to make the next stays more comfortable and easier for the guests to enjoy their vacation without any hassle.

We arrived in the apartment on a Sunday afternoon. I am glad it wasn't a holiday where everything was closed, or late at night. There were no plastic bags on the trash can. Not even one. No cleaning products. There was nothing basic for our arrival to make our stay functional. We had to go find these items: Dish soap and sponge for the sink, hand soap for the bathroom, Dishwasher pods to make it work properly. Toilet paper rolls (there was only one hanging on the wall by the toilet). There was a lot of plates that were left dirty or wet on top of each other inside the cabinet (disgusting), so we had to do this whole cleaning before we could settle down. The fridge was off, so we had to wait a couple of hours to have it working for our food. And next day, our salads and yogurts were frozen inside the fridge because even turning the dial to 2 (of 5), it did not regulate. Surfaces were dusty and floor was not swept properly. Anyway, definitely a cleaning issue that can be fixed. I hope the next guests ask them if they invested in the basic items so people do not have to feel like they were left with no option but to pause their vacation to go get basic stuff. Accessible by stairs only, so do not bring much luggage.
