Even though we made a reservation through booking, they took the payment and did not give the room.

Location is good.

Very cold. The temperature in bathroom is the same as at the street (about +10). No hot water only warm water. I've gotten cold and sick.

Filthy kitchen. The host was not responsive. They have turned off the hot water. They charged for one hour early check in but they showed up late when I was there. The unit number was not on building. I think this is an illegal property. Maybe a garage that they converted to a room. Kitchen was disgusting and I couldn't use it . Bed was uncomfortable.

We arrived by motorbike. Even a lady next door, who also deals with Booking, warned us not to leave the motorbike on the street, because it will be stolen. The staff was nice but didn't speak much English, the owner did but he wasn't there. The staff made us to park js front of one of the packing sheds under the apartment. From there, the owner sent me to park under our window (we had a large glass storefront on the ground floor), from where a neighbor told me that I couldn't stand there, and then he came down to knock on our door to get me out of there. So, as the accommodation provider's booking message linked, we took it to a guarded parking lot. With these additional costs and late check-in fees, you could have gone to a more serious hotel. Basically, the accommodation was not bad, neither was the staff, but the area is not safe. (In the morning I saw a little girl pickpocket a homeless person.)
