VIP Apartments Sofia

Did not like anything because this was not the property we chose and paid for on the Booking site.

We booked a two-bedroom property from a host. We liked the photos and the description. Twelve hours before travel we received an e-mail from the host, who turned out to be a corporate hosting company, with a different address from the one we booked. On arrival we were immediately disappointed and even shocked by the state of the building and the apartment: third floor, no lift, smelly and shabby stairwell. First impression from the apartment: shabby and worn out. Kitchen was dirty and battered. The kitchen sink drain was clogged with HAIRS for some reason. Every appliance was on its last legs, sticky and disgusting. The bathroom smelled of sewage. Shower curtain was mouldy and stinking. There was a large jacuzzi bath but the nozzles were crusty with yellowing dirt and were gushing stinking water with black rags in it. We were afraid of touching anything and had to disinfect the most necessary bits ourselves. The only passably clean items were the towels and the bedsheets, but the pillows were old and stinking. We immediately called the 'host'. She did not answer the call. She eventually replied to our e-mail, refusing to move us to the property we originally booked. Her manner was rude and unhelpful. A cleaner arrived the next morning unexpectedly only to explain that the apartment was so dilapidated that it can't be cleaned any more. We replied that we did not book this property in the first place. Cleaner said that this is how the corporate host operated: they lured unsuspecting paying customers with photos from other properties and then shoved them into this wreck as otherwise nobody in their right mind would choose it. We had no choice but to spend our four nights in this festering wreck.

Местположението е супер. Успяхме да паркираме на синя зона точно отпред, но няма собствен паркинг. Има джакузи, което беше готино. Домакините отговаряха бързо и точно, дори в извънработни часове (около 10ч вечерта в събота).

Мястото не е същото, като това в обявата. Избрахме мястото от картата на букинг и не сме чели детайлно описанието. А там пишело, че всъщност се менежират няколко места и адреса, който ни дадоха беше на няколко стотин метра в страни от очакваното. Звукоизолацията в самият апартамент в бедна. Много лесно се чува всичко, което се случва в коридора или просто когато някой минава.

Апартаментът е оборудван с всички удобства. Намира се в идеалния център и въпреки това мястото е тихо и спокойно.

Кабелната телевизия има малко канали. Няма канали на английски език и международни новини. Би могло да се добавят такива канали, а също така и телевизор и във втората спалня. Апартаментът е на третия етаж без асансьор (сградата е стара) и качването на багаж по стълбите изисква голямо усилие.

Локация и дружелюбен персонал

Отлична локация-в сърцето на София. Много чисто, удобно и приятно апартаментче. От всичко най-много ми хареса, че са на разположение два ключа за удобство на посетителите.
