Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σχετικά σε νέα πολυκατοικία και ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα. Οι χώροι του διαμερίσματός ήταν καλοί, όχι βέβαια ευρύχωρο αλλά άνετο για 5 μέρες για μια οικογένεια με 2 μικρά παιδιά. Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν πολύ καλη. Ο σταθμός του Μετρό ήταν μόλις 5-7 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η στάση SERDIKA ήταν η επόμενη στάση. Απο εκέι είχες πρόσβαση στο κέντρο αλλα και σχεδόν σε όλες τις γραμμές του μετρό. Επιπλέον σε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια υπήρχε στάση της γραμμής 22 του τραμ. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή, ποτέ δε φοβήθηκα να περπατήσω με την οικογένεια μου. Σχετικά κοντά 5-7 λεπτά με τα πόδια υπήρχε το supermarket BILLA ενώ σε 15 λεπτά μες τα πόδια υπήρχε μεγάλο εμπορικό κέντρο.

Κατα την άφιξη μας στο διαμέρισμα κατα τις 15:45, μετά απο 5 ώρες δρόμο οδήγησης με 2 μικρά παιδιά, διαπιστώσαμε οτι το διαμέρισμα δεν το είχαν καθαρίσει απο τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους. Δύο ώρες μετά 17:50 μας ενμημέρωσε ο ιδιοκτήτης οτι λόγω έλλειψης προσωπικού καθαριότητας το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθαριστεί και θα καθαριστεί σύντομα. Ωστόσο εμεις ήδη καθαρίζαμε το δωμάτιο και το προσωπικό καθαριότητας ήθε κατα τις 18:30 ενώ εμείς είχαμε ήδη καθαρίσει. Φυσικά και τους είπαμε να φύγουν εφόσον το δωμάτιο το είχαμε καθαρίσει εμεις. Βέβαια να τονίσω οτι ο ιδιοκτήτης μας ενημέρωσε οτι θα μας επιστρέψει τα χρήματα για τα έξοδα καθαριότητας, πράγμα το οποίο και έκανε.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικές οι οδηγίες του οικοδεσπότη, εξαιρετικό το πάρκινγκ και πολύ χρήσιμο. Εκτιμήσαμε πολύ το ότι είχε κάψουλες καφέ για την καφετιέρα του εσπρέσσο. Έχει ό,τι χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια και παραπάνω θα έλεγα. Ήταν μόλις μία στάση του μετρό από το κέντρο ή 25 λεπτά περπάτημα.

Το μόνο ίσως λίγο αρνητικό ήταν πως θα έπρεπε να καθαριστεί λίγο καλύτερα το μπάνιο, ειδικά στην ντουζιέρα. Θα ήταν χρήσιμο να έχει κάποιες κρεμαστρες στο μπάνιο για να αφήνεις την πετσέτα μετά το μπάνιο.

Чисто, заредено с всичко необходимо. Чудесна локация - близо до централната част, много заведения за хранене и магазини наоколо.

GROS PROBLEME : le WIFI Il est impossible d'avoir une connexion continue - le confort du lit : matelas pas assez épais - pas de sac poubelle de rechange

Everything about this apartment was perfect. The location is excellent, check-in was easy with clear instructions, and the private parking garage was very convenient, close, and easy to access. Just a minute walk around the corner. Bed was comfy, nice bathroom, good balcony, great AC in the living room that cools the whole apartment. Washing machine and dish washer, and a well-equipped kitchen. I'd particularly recommend to digital nomads or anyone who needs to work, because i had the fastest wifi speeds of my life here - 240mb/s, actual download speed! Overall, the best place i've found in Sofia at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Location is good and the flat had everything we needed. The flat can comfortably fit 3 people, but for us as a couple it was great. Having a parking space was a big plus.

The biggest downside is that the check in instructions weren't updated. We located the key fast, but after that it was difficult to determine which apartament is ours as non on that flor had the sign given in the instructions, so I had to put the key in multiple door locks to see where it will work. And I had to do all of that in a hurry as my boyfriend was waiting for me to find the garage remote not properly parked in one way street. Plus, the garage remote was not where the instructions said it would be. Also, the bed is too soft and you get stuck in it.

The apartment was in a very good location, walking distance from a metro station and the Sofia Tower (mall). It was equipped with many appliances (coffee maker and kettle) and the host had provided us with four different tea types and coffee capsules. The bathroom had a radiator which kept it warm after a shower. There always was hot water so that was a big plus.

It didn't have radiators in the apartment (apart from the dathroom). There was a A/C in the living room and a small heater in the bedroom (although we didn't turn it on since it smelled burned plastic). We were a bit cold, especially in the morning, but we managed.
