L'appartamento è molto comodo da raggiungere essendo vicinissimo alla metro; in una via molto tranquilla. Tra l'altro, da Vitosha è praticamente tutto a portata di mano anche spostandosi a piedi. La zona molto turistica (nell'accezione negativa del termine) ma spostandosi un po' è stato possibile trovare posti meno turistici (e meno cari). Ottima soluzione se siete a piedi, meno se siete in auto dal momento che in centro il parcheggio è abbastanza difficile (e, credo non economico). Nota: Leggo molte lamentele riguardo al bagno dove non è presente il piatto doccia: in TUTTE le strutture visitate in Bulgaria la doccia è in terra come è in questo appartamento. Probabilmente è una peculiarità tutta bulgara.

Le foto non rispecchiano lo stato attuale (settermbre 2025) dell'appartamento che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una sistemata. Era abbastanza pulito ma parecchie cose ci hanno dato un senso di trascuratezza e sciatteria. Le serrande (elettriche) erano bloccate a metà altezza e la tenda che avrebbe dovuto oscurare le finestre era presente solo per metà e anche staccata in alcuni punti. Prese della cucina mezze staccate (non il massimo della sicurezza).

Posizione ottima, accanto al viale principale della città e ad un bellissimo parco. Zona tranquilla e ben servita. Letto comodo, casa spaziosa, cucina piena di stoviglie e utensili e bagno ben rifornito! Anche l'aria condizionata è stata fondamentale. Le tende e gli alberi davanti alla finestra garantiscono una buona privacy.

C'era poco spazio per riporre i nostri vestiti e la pulizia non era eccellente. Inoltre dal bagno usciva un forte odore di scarico.

Le manque de contacte avec le propriétaire, appartment très vieux, pas assez de serviettes, clim très bruyant, poussière sur les meubles, pas bien entretenu.

I often pass through Sofia on my way to/from my international travels, and have now identified a few places that are my go-to when I need to stay for longer than a day and work. All of these were already booked for my recent stay, so I had to find a new location. I read the reviews of this apartment carefully and I knew what to expect. Two things that matter to me are location and fast WiFi, and this apartment has both. It's located really close to Vitoshka pedestrian street (and tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and stores) and the National Palace of Culture (including the metro stop), but it's in a side street and thus pretty quiet. The apartment is on the first floor and the windows face an indoor yard, so there is limited direct light, which during summer is perfect. Even though it was pretty hot in Sofia during my stay, I didn't even have to use the AC because the apartment kept pretty cool. The WiFi was fast and I was able to conduct Zoom meetings and other work assignments without any issues. I loved how the space was decorated, the kitchen is small but stocked with anything I needed (including oil, vinegar, salt), and there are enough shelves in the bathroom to put my toiletries (even thought soap and tiny shampoo bottles were provided). Communication with the host was smooth and I had no issues retrieving the keys from the lockbox before checking in.

The things I'll mention here didn't bother me and I already knew about them based on other comments, so these were not an issue for me, but I thought I'll include them in case it helps others. The blinds on the larger window aren't working so they are stuck halfway, neither going up nor down. There are curtains but there's no way to fully use the darker curtains so there's a section of the window that remains uncovered at all times. As I mentioned, the window faces an indoor yard and all I could see are beautiful blossoms during the time I visited so this wasn't a bother. If you need more light during the day or darkness in the morning, please know that you can't have that right now. If I could recommend one thing to the management team, it will be to get rid of the broken blinds and instead add double curtain rods for both the sheer curtains and the dark ones to cover the entire window. There really is no need for blinds in this apartment since it doesn't seem to get a lot of direct light anyway. Having a broken blind just invites negative comments when it's not even needed. I hope they just get rid of it and fix the curtains. The place would look even lovelier in my opinion!
