GRFirst of all the host is very kind and a good proffecional. The location is very close to the center of the city. Everything is at your doorstep. The appartment is spacious,fully equiped and clean.
The little sofa is (unfotunately) very uncomfortable when it is used as a bed.It urgently need a little matress and it will be just fine.
IDVery nice apartment! Beautifully decorated living space, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a comfortable bed with power sockets available next to it made our stay there very pleasant. The location is also a plus, as it's close to a tram stop and about 15 minutes by foot from the nearest metro station.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there's no elevator, so it might be inconvenient if you carry a lot of luggage. Also, the front door was a bit hard to use for some reason.

PLIt was a nice place with comfortable bed. It was a little cramped since we had to open the couch so one person could sleep on it but overall the place was good for us. It was a bit out of the city center but it was cozy and quiet.
The entrance door to the building were hard to open. We had to try a lot of times with the key to be able to successfully open the door. There was no elevator in the building and the flat was at the 3rd or 4th floor.
AEThe location is quite central.
We met our contact person outside the apartment and she told us we had to pay in cash in the local currency immediately. We had not anticipated this and as we had just arrived from the airport we did not have local currency. It took me about half an hour to find an ATM from which I could take the local currency. The apartment itself was not comfortable. For example, we needed to use the sofa bed but when we opened it it was really difficult to move around as there was no space. Also, the apartment is heavily cluttered with ornaments, plants and over 50 Bulgarian books. The bedsheets are clearly not been changed this was very unpleasant to see. The microwave was very dirty.
MKJust few minutes walking from downtown. Very clean and the owner was very nice. Close to the center bars and restaurants but still very quiet neighborhood.
ESIt was so clean and well located, next to the city center. The owner was so patience and kind with us even if our flight was delayed several hours. The apartment is even better than the pictures and it has a sofa-bed.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was perfect.
