Presidency House Self Check-in Apartments

The location was excellent, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. I received quick and efficient responses to my questions. The apartment was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. I didn’t encounter any problems during my stay. There’s air conditioning, which is a great bonus.

The kitchen is a bit outdated, and some of the frying pans are heavily scratched and should probably be replaced. If you mostly eat out, this won’t really matter. Other than that, the microwave works perfectly. The steam cleaner didn’t work, although it’s possible I just couldn’t figure out how to use it. There’s a window nearby, so it did the job. All the windows have insect screens, which is a great feature. You can leave the windows open without worrying about insects getting inside.

Excellent , very spacious apartment. Well furnished and well decorated.We really enjoyed our time there. Very good location. Had breakfast in the balcony, enjoying the sights outside. There is a Billa Supermarket round the corner. The Kitchen was very good, well equipped. All the things to see are within walkable distance. There are a number of eateries nearby. Manager Lillie was very helpful. The Check in instructions were accurate. Yes. the house has a lift.

The location was fantastic. Check in was easy enough and the apartment was so cute, I wanted to move in!

Sewer smell in the bathroom but I have been encountering this a lot in my travels. Could use a bit of a deep cleaning but overall a good stay.

Най-голямото предимство на апартамента е локацията. Не мога да си представя по-централно разположение. Леглото в спалнята беше много голямо и удобно. Кухнята беше приятна.

По дивана и завивките имаше петна, ютията беше със загоряла материя по повърхността за гладене, което я прави неизползваема, душ кабината тече и образува локва в банята и няма никакви елементарни душ принадлежности, като изключим мъжка пяна за бръснене останала явно от предишен посетител.

The hosts send detailed instructions and respond quickly. The apartment has everything you need. We love spend some morning time having coffee on the balcony with a view, which is why we chose this apartment. Another plus was the comfortable workplace, if you need to do some work or learning. Street noise wasn’t a problem - the windows are well soundproofed. Everything you need is nearby: shops, pharmacies, and metro and tram stations. Although we mostly went on walking tours, since the main attractions are close by.
