Presidency House Self Check-in Apartments

Stayed a couple of days at Lilia's apartment. Check in instructions were clear and easy to access. The neighborhood is close to the center and very well served by taxis. I'll definitely come back soon!

The apartment feels cosy and welcoming. The place is nicely done, with three separate rooms for the kitchen, living area, and bedroom—all with windows, so it's bright and airy, with a nice street view. The bed is comfortable and there is a desk in the living room. The location is great, and the instructions to check in were clear. The host was also very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Location and facilities

The location was good. Easy access to transport, nearby restaurants and shops. Overall, it is good. The host was also very helpful in answering to our requirements. The apartment contained all that basic needs and essentials for any traveller for cooking

Great location. Close to market, metro and attractions. Separate bedroom. Washer. On first floor ( technically second floor). Large kitchen, Bedroom and living room.

Bathroom was small.

2nd visit to apartments and both times a winner! Great location, spacious apartments, comfortable beds, and wonderful value. Elevator available if needed. Safe area and extra entrance/lobby precautions are appreciated. Recommend

The location was really great. Access to the property is very easy. The host is friendly. The place has everything you need for a comfortable staying. WIFI works. The rooms are clean. Public transportation nearby. I enjoyed staying here.
