A Lovely 2BR Apartment in the heart of Sofia - NDK

Very good location. It is close to the city center, but the street is quiet. There are public transport stops nearby. The hosts are kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a stay. Although it is close to the center, parking is in the Green Zone, and there are free spaces around.

It is super spacious, clean, awesome beds! Not too soft and not too hard beds wich is perfect for my back! There is an awesome sitting area outside and you are still in the center 😍 so close to everything. The rooms are super noise proof and you can barely hear anything outside. Occasionally if there is a louder car/truck passing by you can hear very little noise but not even enough to notice much. The host was super caring, helpful and friendly! It was a great pleasure to chat with her! The apartment had everything you need for a great stay!

La casa era ben arredata. La signora (che non credo fosse l’host) che ci ha accolto è sempre stata molto educata, carina e disponibile con noi.

La cosa più grave è stata la cauzione di €300, della quale nessuno ci aveva preparato prima e che abbiamo dovuto dare obbligatoriamente pur avendo pochi contanti. Quando siamo arrivati i letti non erano preparati, abbiamo dovuto cercare negli armadi delle lenzuola e abbiamo trovato solo delle sacche dei piumoni che non erano neanche della dimensione del materasso, ergo: abbiamo dormito sul materasso. Non c’era un phon.

Proprietaria eccellente! Gentile, presente, disponibile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli da lei prima del volo. Grazie di tutto da Brindisi! 🥰

Много добре направен и оборудван апартамент на централно място в София, но същевременно много тихо и спокойно. С удоволствие бихме отседнали в него отново при следващо пътуване.

Хорошее расположение, хорошая планировка, хорошее оформление квартиры. Просторные комнаты. Все есть необходимое. Доброжелательные хозяева.

Стал неожиданностью депозит в размере 300 евро надичными. На букинге я не заметил этой информации. Рекомендую обратить внимание хозяевам. Желательно обновить посуду, постельное бельё оставляет желать лучшего. В гардеробе не достаточно плечиков, весят металлические из химчистки.
