Design 1BDR Apartment in Top Center

Terrible smell, sleeping like in an ashtray Location ok

No design just a name. Noisy. Smelly. Never answered us regarding later check out

The apartment is located really close to the city center. It is spacious enough and has all the facilities.

First of all, i did not like the fact that one blind from the bedroom window was missing, but we were not informed about it. It is also a design mistake by mounting the blinds and the curtains om the same rail, so actually one can never close the blinda completely. The biggest inconvenient, though, is that the bathroom doesn't have a shower cabin, it just has a shower head that splashes allover the bathroom when one showers. It could have been acceptable, but this leads to water leaking into the drawers of the bathroom sink cabinet, water that smells not too pleasant when one enters the apartment. I would have given a bigger rating thinking that these slaws can be improved, but when the cleaning lady took our key and we told her about these things she said that they know about these problems from a long time and they don't know what to do about them. This means that they don't really give any importance to visitor comfort at all.

Great location, super clean, big enough for 4, great value. Off street parking at the back was perfect

Wetroom toilet/ shower is on the smaller side but does what it needs to do.

Accomodation is really nice and cosy, provides everything you need. Parking spot is in the yard, and it is pretty close to the metro station. We were walking a lot and when we left the accomodation, we forgot our laptop. We were miles ago when we noticed it. So, we wrote to our host and they found it very soon. We are delighted by their profesionalism and quick reaction. Beutiful accomodation, helpful staff, full recomendation for everything. We are grateful and satisfied with the way how everything turned out. If you are planning a trip to Sofia this is the best place you can stay in.

Everything was 10/10.

The location is amazing. All the appliances were brand new. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy.
