Split City Center Apartment

Checking in process, Host, Apartment was not good, entire house was stinking, basin leakage, Sofa was broken, Bathroom light was not working. Host should not rent this apartment until he renovates

The bed and sofa are in terrible condition, the pillows stink, and the kitchen furniture is partially falling apart. In addition, the balcony does not close, so thieves can easily get into the apartment. Some windows are broken and taped over. The owner ignores text messages and does not answer calls.

The location was quite good if you like beeing near the center. The host was nice and communicative.

The apartment need a real deep cleaning and some renovation. The big bed is about to fall apart and makes really loud noises when you move. The bedsofa - burnt it! It is discusting and you can't sleep in it, it's like trying to sleep on a rock that makes big crunching noises when you move and it is really filthy. Some of the wall sockets are hanging loose, or are taped to the wall. I think it had been a small fire in one of them. There are ants in the bathroom and some mold in the shower.
