Position, comfort, rooms, clean and wide spaces, bathrooms. We were in 2 group of friends and all was perfect. The owner and her family were kind. Communication was fine.

lots of space to house lots of people, great host really understanding, clean and good cooking facilities - double beds are huge which is also nice

only thing id say is probably the lack of keys? 2 keys between 5/7 people can get slightly annoying but can pretty easily work around this.

Proximity to both old town and beach.

Excellent location! Just 5 minutes walk from the old town/shops/restaurants and bars, and 3 minutes to Becvice beach. The apartment is quite large and comfortable, very clean, and equipped with everything that you need and more. Outstanding, very friendly, and accommodating host! She helped secure a parking place for our car and provided all additional info about our stay, the city, and the apartment. I 100% recommend staying here!

Sandra was very welcoming, providing all necessary informations. The location is is very good, just 5 minutes to the Riva, Diocleatians palace, and many more, which you shouls discover yourself, be it the many nice old streets, or the Park Forest Marjan or ... :)
