INThe location is perfect, apartment is spacious and the view from the apartment is too good. Toni was extremely helpful and sweet.
For a 3 bedroom apartment they have just one bathroom which is a little uncomfortable and inconvenient.

AULocation was everything! Beautiful setting with large rooms. Staff were nice. Dishwasher worked, reverse heating system was good.
Hot water was in short supply at times (with 6 adults) parking would have been nice but not a deal breaker

Slight smell from the drains. Rain shower worked however the attachment for the general shower head was broken
NZWe had the most wonderful time in this house. What an incredible view!! Superbly located right on the waters edge with easy walking access to wherever you wanted to go. It comfortably slept our family of five and had a full sized kitchen too! Toni met us at the airport and was super kind and friendly and very helpful with local information. Totally recommend this spot if you are visiting Split. Split itself is such a beautiful town. We’d love to come back!

The entrance hall leaves a lot to be desired. There were a few plug sockets not secure against the wall. Although late check out could be accommodated, I thought the cost of another nights stay was excessive, so decided against it.
