AUAbsolutely fabulous apartment in Split! The best location in town, away from the noise of the crowds at night yet only a short walk to the action. The balcony is fantastic and is larger than it appears in the photos. Great for watching boats, ferries and superyachts come and go. The apartment is huge! Full kitchen, large living space with amazing views. Great air-conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Great full bathroom plus additional toilet. Don't listen to other reviews about a smell in the bathroom. It's just old plumbing like the whole of Croatia and much of Europe. It's hardly noticeable and should not put you off this accommodation. Toni picked us up from the airport and he's wonderful. Strongly recommend doing this, it's quite a long drive and he will meet you at the airport, help with bags, great conversation on the drive and then he introduced us to the apartment. We loved our short stay... wish we could have stayed longer!!!
NZLoved everything about this place!! plenty of room for 5 people or more, spaced out great! Host met us there, helped us park and showed us around. Very close to all the bars, restaurants and water (not swimming). Perfect location, highly recommend!!

USToni was very pleasant to communicate with and offered us a ride from the ferry.
The Wi-Fi barely outside of the living room and there was some unpleasant smells in the bathroom coming from the grates. Also, we were suddenly told that payment was cash only when it clearly says that multiple cards are taken when booking.

The staff person was very demanding about when we needed to arrive even though a large window of time was listed. He also wanted cash which was not listed with the property.
USLocation was great!! Inside the apt was clean. Bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean too. Air conditioning (at night) was lovely. Loved the big living room. Windows closed kept all noise out which was good. Saved a lot of money with street parking which was great! Felt safe. Loved the view!
Paying in full cash was inconvenient (a reminder would have been nice) and just different than all other air bnb or bookings we’ve ever done. The building and stairway was very dirty and smelly. It was a little unsettling. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable.

Checkout is super early and you can't store luggage. Also there was a slug in the bathroom. There was an induction stove but not all the pans worked on it.
