Campanello Apartment

the location was excellent, everything within walking distance, all the necessary household appliances in the apartment

There was no washing powder, only an empty package, but I think this is a coincidence

A mixed review - the positives: the host went above and beyond to ensure I could check in at 1pm as I arrived on an early morning ferry. The location is fine - close to many supermarkets and a local beach, approx 10-15 min walk from old town in a very quiet area.

Discovered that on the mattress (and under the mattress protector) there was a great deal of hair (and I’m not talking about the hair from your head) so this was a bit disgusting. As the owner wasn’t able to come and clean at that particular moment the solution provided was to sleep on the fold out sofa and luckily there were spare sheets available in the apartment. Upon arrival the host was unwell. I understand it’s difficult to make other arrangements but would have preferred it if the host had made arrangements for someone else to provide access to the apartment. It’s worth noting this apartment is at the top of three flights of stairs.
