Luxury apartment Lucy in center with amazing sea-view

Location is great! Large and spacious unit

There is no AC in the master bedroom making it very hot and uncomfortable during summer months. You could sleep with the door open to the bedroom in order to get some cooler air but we had our teenager sleeping on the pull out sofa. The sofa is so noisy that every time he would turn, I would wake up. We requested a fan from the host, which he provided, but it was not in great working order and made a knocking noise that prevented us from using it at night. I’m normally not sensitive to noise but both my husband and myself could not get a normal night’s sleep

Our host made contact well in advance on lockbox codes and how to get into property on whatsapp -they was responsive for questions almost immediately within in minutes if not seconds! Our apartment was great! So happy to be able to put a load of washing on, sit out on the balcony and enjoy a few drinks, make our own breakfast, enjoy a spacious apartment! Short stroll to old town, promenade, ferries and so many choices for dinner! Loved, loved this place!

My only disgruntle which is not a big thing in Europe is having to climb 4-5 sets of stairs without a lift - but apartment was worth it.

It is quiet and close to down town (5mins walk). The whole apartment is nice, owner replies questions promptly. We had someone got sudden illness and the cleaning lady provided a full care help.

Really good location super close to the centre of split and good access to beaches

The apartment is lovely and kept to a high standard. We were given plenty of information from the hosts prior to our arrival which made it easy for us. Good location just a short walk down the hill into old Split. We really enjoyed our stay here, it's just a pity we had to identify some points that others may wish to consider.

The main door into the staircase enclosure is covered in grafitti which made us think that the word 'luxury' shouldn't be used! The apartment is on the 4th floor up 92 steps so if you have walking or mobiity issues then you will definately struggle as we did with all our luggage. No aircon in the master bedroom just the lounge and the second bedroom so you have to have the bedroom door open to get any benefit (it was 90 degrees during our stay!) so it's not much use if you're staying with other families as you wouldn't have any privacy. It sleeps 7 (5 is pushing it) so best of luck with the one bathroom. This is a Booking.com issue with regard to premises description and in no way reflects the owners.

Property was in a great location, 5 minute walk into town and to the port. Bacvice beach was only a 10 minute walk away. Lots of shops nearby. The apartment was very clean and homely

Nothing bad that we didn’t like, the entrance door via the Main Street was difficult to work the lock which took a bit of fiddling but there was a rear entrance which was always propped open
