Iets heel kleins: Het was warm in het appartement. Maar er was geen afstandsbediening van de airco aanwezig.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Every little detail was so thoughtfully taken care of, making the apartment feel like a true home away from home. The host and her son were absolutely wonderful—welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated with a warm, cosy charm that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The bathroom is spacious yet inviting, with lovely touches like soft bathrobes that make the stay extra special. Having a washing machine was incredibly convenient, especially for longer stays, and the flat is equipped with absolutely everything you could need to live in comfortably. If you are planning a visit to Assisi (which you absolutely should), I cannot recommend this apartment enough. It’s the perfect place to stay—you will not be disappointed!

The location was great - very central but also quiet

Can’t think of anything. Our host was easy to contact and responsive if we needed anything which we didn’t.

This apartment is right in the center of old town, Tourist information, grocery stores, restaurants , and lots Bars/ bakery/ coffee shop for relaxing, buses and taxi are near by too. We stayed in this nicely organized apartment for 4 nights, very clean and quiet, high quality towels and bathrobes, comfortable bed and large bathroom with good shower, all appliances working great, I loved to go to local food store shopping for dinners. Assisi is one of the most special places to visit, lots of history and spirit in this beautiful place, and I would love to stay in this nice apartment again.

Location is perfect for exploring Assisi your right in the square with access. Apartment is cosy and has all the necessary needs for a holiday

The location is exceptional a matter of 50yards from main square. Bathroom and bedroom both good sizes

The kitchen/living room is a little small and if cooking most of meals as I did, the kitchen could do with a few more cooking implements.

We did not stay at Cortile di San Ruffino because of a technical problem. Instead we were at the last minute offered a flat at Appartamenti Santa Chiara ( suite Santa Chiara) hosted by Giordano. While wonderfully located the kitchen equipment was severely inadequate for example, no wine glasses, no dinner plates, no adequate cutlery, no microwave …
