Apartments "4You"

The apartment has modern furnishings and is very up to date. There is ample space for a group which we enjoyed just as a couple. The hospitality of the hosts is phenomenal. The entire family are kind and a pleasure to interact with.

The outside of the building is a bit outdated compared to the interior of the apartment but it does not affect the quality of the apartment itself.

Clean, aircondtion, nice location and area, had all the essentials needed

THe Best ever ! I want to recommend this apartment to all the visitors. So cozy and very nice owners ❤️ From the location you are close to the beach and also to the bus station … really the Best!

Daniel was very accommodating and helpful, assisted us with all the information needed to have a great time in Montenegro Studio was clean and comfortable for few day stay, would be okay even for longer stay, good location, less than 5 min to beach, about 10 min to Tivat centre, 10 min to bus station.

Good communication with host throughout. Daniel even offered to look after our luggage whilst we spent 3 nights in Dubrovnik before our stay in Tivat for free. But we left it in Kotor as it was familiar. But a tank you to Daniel for the offer. We were checked in by a relative. Nice older lady who lived in the adjacent apartment. Initially it did not look like what I booked. But realised that was because it was dated from the pictures, it was pictures of 2 different apartments and maybe needed a good freshen up. I Appreciated a good air con as the daily temperatures were getting to mid 30 and mid to high 20 at night. Tiny apartment/ bedsit. Did us for 2 days. No ‘airs and graces’. Comfy mattress and pillows. Bedding looked fresh. Wifi fine for our use of just WhatsApp and emails. Never used the washing machine. I left clothes on airer outside the door where passers by could see and all was safe. Shops 2 minutes away. Local beach (cobble) with bar and loungers to hire. When we the asked price it was 70 euros for a parasol and two loungers. (Go into the marina and you can get 2 loungers, parasol, bottle of water and fruit for 40 euros and a nicer view. It is June so may get more expensive.) Local restaurants less than 5 minutes away. One a casual BBQ pizza, chicken and fish place that looked good. Also well situated for taking a meal to the beach. A fish restaurant further on. We went to Volat for breakfast and later afternoon drinks😁. Very reasonable, nice to sit and lovely staff. Ten minutes walk. Nice inside area with air con. New parasol in room. I was unsure if it was for the beach.

I got about 10 mosquito bites around the area. I had a long dress on the night arrived, deet spray and covered my arms in a thin shawl on the evenings. I did well in my other destinations and only hot 2. Even had a plug in jungle deet in room on from about 5pm through the night. Very dated. No extras. Only slept there. Cheap price and well situated. Terrace area is small and needs updating. Not appealing to sit out. Shower needs resealing as looks dirty. Broken ironing board. No microwave, no tea towels, no bath towels, but had extra hand towels. Odd Cutlery and crockery. Someone’s identification was in a drawer. When water is run or toilet flushed from next door it sounds like it is in your apartment and very noisy. Look at what you pay though.
