ES- El apartamento esta muy bien, es muy acogedor y con camas comodas, aunque un poco pequeño para tres personas. - La cocina está muy bien equipada, tiene todo lo necesario. -- Ubicación, justo en una zona peatonal cerca de todo. Tenía un parking subterraneo cerca (Marques de Pombal) que nos costo cuatro dias 27,90€ (lo contratamos en el mismo parking con la chica de la recepción).
El apartamento es mas adecuado para dos personas. El sofá y la cocina están en la misma estancia y es bastante pequeña. Al poner el sofá cama no habia sitio para sentarse a la mesa.Menos mal a la bonita terraza que tiene y que nos hizo buen tiempo para poder utilizarlo.

AULocation was great. Security system was first class. Very clean and well appointed including great kitchen.
Courtyard backed onto laundromat where you could hear clothes dryers. shower didn’t drain well and bidet didn’t work.

ESLa ubicación y la distribución. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y en el centro de la ciudad
Al ser un bajo notamos bastante humedad en el ambiente. No era molesto pero sí que las toallas o sábanas desprendían ese olor. Los aparatos de aire acondicionado del edificio dan al patio donde está la vivienda y pueden ser ruidosos por la noche.

PTThe previous review really did not do justice, the place is super nice, easy to locate, the host very responsive and attentive, the apartment had everything that one needs. I saw review complaining about the shower. My mum is a plus size and was able to fit perfectly, the shower is not as bad as I thought per previous reviews. Everything is wonderful and really good value for the money. It’s very super close to the center so for the most part you are close to public transports and to restaurants. The host has a book with recommendations and it did not disappoint. There is absolutely nothing bad about this apartment. It’s located in a new building so there’s no ordeal regarding walking thought the shadows of the past to find a modern apartment. Everything was just wonderful.

INWonderful stay, Susana was very helpful. They also put lot of stuff to guide you very well about Aveiro. It’s in city center and just 2 min walk from beautiful aveiro lake and forum. Hassle free checkin, i would recommend this place for anyone who wants independent stay with full fledged facilities. Thank you Susana ❤️
