secured and with nice view. It’s nice to have an assigned parking slot. They need to fix those that need fixing ‘though. TV is not working. It would be nice if there is a microwave and a hair dryer.

"Good stay for 6 pax."

Facilities are clean and coordinated well with Mr. PJ.

The location is far from the city. Bringing of pet needed to be register in the facility and pay 500 pesos. If pet can be hide from the securities and cameras. All is well though. TV Remote is not working. Shower heater stopped. Must check for the dinning chairs screws, observed two chairs lost some screws and I fell as I lean back. Before it comes to damage to be used by other tenants, fix it by providing complete screw in the chairs please.

"We will come back!"

The property is far from the main road (which we like) so it is quiet from cars and from people. It was nice to stare out the sky to relax and star gaze. The place is clean and without signs of rust, stains, insects- roaches and ants. The place is well ventilated and cool. Some improvements could be made of course like additional fan (there was only 1 and we are a fam who gets hot easily). Screens could be installed in the window and terrace doors so that it wouldn’t be uneasy to sleep with the windows and doors open. We slept with the window and doors though, because it was cold! (13c). We got a nice unit with the winds direction blowing towards us.

It would be nice to have the sofa set replaced since it looks old and dirty. The dinning chairs could be replaced also since it’s hard to sit on. I almost fell when I moved while having dinner. The cover / lid of the rice cooker and pots have rust (screw part) and should be replaced. One of the shower heaters was not working, some of the pots and pans were oily. The main door could have a double lock installed for more security.
