"It needs major renovation. Every business needs reinvestment, not just the use of what is available."

Good coffee machine in the kitchen, good TV with Netflix, enough space, sensor switches for the lights, WiFi was OK! Gas for the water heating.

Тhere were cockroaches in one of the bedrooms, cigarettes smell in the kitchen, old furniture, durty bath in the bathroom, mold under the kitchen sink,
