Price but I needed it

Clean, nice, comfortable. Recently renovated. Excellent location, basically the sea is across the street, and downtown 10 minutes walk away. Conveniently located near major supermarkets and bus station.

Kitchen is well furnished (even a drip coffee maker and vacuum cleaner) but - if we had to find something to mention - it could use a bowl for salads or cooking

Nice place, good location, walking distance to the city center. Beautiful view from window, beach in front. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely apartment with beautifull view. Clean rooms and nice suprise in the fridge 😁 cooling drink and cookies. Apartment near sea, and close to caffe bar. Peace and quiet. Igor and Marina very nice people. Thank you for all 😁

There were no large cups for drink

The location was super good, next to the sea and you can walk to old town and no worries with parking the car.

The location is right next to the sea. The apartment is well maintained and clean with all required amenities and a garage too. Kitchen is well equipped to be used. There are groceries available nearby. Igor was reachable on phone all the time. He also came over personally when we needed some help in the evening hours. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The property is first line to the sea across a quite road, Igor the owner is a very nice person who sent us messages of places we may like to visit or drink and eat at, the apartment was large enough to accommodate our party of four and is well equipped, the Owner had put complimentary drinks and milk in the fridge for us thank you, a steady Strole into the old town of Zadar (about twenty minutes max)i would definitely stay there again if holidaying in Zadar .

The shower is over the bath which could be a problem for some people with disabilities and the apartment is up two flights of stairs it could be worth noting, but our party was all fairly young and fit at heart

Location was great! We saw the sea from the window! Contact with host was also very good. We received many useful tips! Barka is great for a weekend in Zadar.
