Decent location in between the market and the beach

The manager / owner lives in the flat below the rental apartment with 3 noisy dogs. The first night the dogs woke us up barking at midnight. The second night, the dogs woke us up and 5 AM and continued barking and making loud noises until 6:30 AM. There was no way we could sleep during this as noise travels very easily in this building. The owner wasn't concerned or apologetic and seemed only concerned with getting the holiday tax. As mentioned sound travels very easily in the building so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to have a decent night's sleep. The apartment itself is definitely looking a little tired and things either need fixing or replacing. The TV worked fine though!

To be honest, I pretty much liked everything! 😁 I had 5 days booked and I felt like home. The place is like a small 2 bedroom flat + a living/dining/kitchen. It's quite close to the beach and the city's central area (a bit too "local" the area, but you're gonna be fine 😂), very polite, nice and helpful host ❤️ and ... also have TV with Netflix and Prime (if that's your thing) which comes just perfect after a long day of exploring or when it's too hot outside. Definitely looking forward to booking it again when I'll be back in Agadir! 💗 Very good value for the money!

It's not really that I didn't like these, but consider them as some tips for improvement; There's no AC or fan. I didn't really feel the need, to be honest, and I got some 38 degrees in Agadir during my stay, but some may feel the temperature different and I think a fan at least, could be a nice, cheap and very useful addition 😌 Some high impact cheap cosmetics can be done - like the toilet door for instance (and some other areas). An easy scrub and then a repaint can bring a huge impact. And last: the bathroom and toilet are very small (like .. less than 2 sqm ). But I guess there's nothing you can do about it hahah Didn't bother me, but I mention it just to let everyone know.

The staff were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped with alot of utensils if you decide to cook. The staff were very helpful ask anything they tried to help.

The building from the outside scared us on the first sight but when we went inn it was not what it seems.
