Momentum Apartment

A lovely clean apartment with excellent facilities and comfortable beds. Dariji the owner was there to meet us, gave us good recommendations for places to visit and kept in touch during our stay.

Nothing - all good

The location is perfect being about 10 minute walk into the main city of Split. It is in a quieter area so very relaxing for chilled mornings and dinner on the private terrace in the evenings. Also, only a 5 mins walk to the “beach” - we enjoyed the concrete area where you could enter the sea instead of the beach and although busy, very well equipped with showers and steps to enter the ocean. The hostess was amazing, she organised a transfer to pick us up from the airport which I highly recommend. The apartment was well equipped with fruit, water, a bottle of wine and other bits and bobs which as kitchen roll, bin bags, salt, ice bags etc. She also leaves bathroom amenities including cotton wool, slippers, shampoos and soaps etc. As well as this, there are games available, beach towels and a great destination guide that the hostess has made with lots of recommendations for the area. She is easily contactable - we had a problem with the hot water and within an hour, it was fixed. The apartment is modern and comfortable - I will definitely stay here again when I visit Split in the future and highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing time with just a 10 mins walk to the hustle of Split!

The apartment only has air conditioning in the lounge but she does provide 2 great fans for the bedrooms which worked really well. There are no sun loungers or deck chairs to sit on outside the apartment or to take to the beach.

Amazing location and facilities only a few minutes walk to the port.

The contact person was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious and cosy for family with one child. The yard was nice. Everything was clean and all the basic equipment and accessories were available. There was a short walk to the beach and to the old town. There were a couple of good restaurants and a grocery store nearby.

We have stayed at many short term rental apartments and this was one of our best experiences. Darija has thought of everything - the apartment is really well equipped, had everything you might need and provided a lot of the basics that most rentals would annoyingly have you procure by yourself. It is clean and comfortable and the location is great - just outside the noise and party crowds but super close to everything. It also comes with a parking space. The host is lovely and super helpful.
