Exceptional location : 5 minutes walking from the ferries harbor and same from the center of Split old town, its famous palace, restaurants and bar. 2 minutes walking from a Studenac supermarket that closes at 11pm so very convenient. 2 minutes walking from the Bazar and local food markets (veggies, fruits and meat) Room is tiny but quiet and very clean. Great windows isolation (sun, noise), great air conditioning. Owner is very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this renting house.

La ubicación, porque estaba cerca del casco antiguo, pero el barrio es muy ruidoso tanto por las construcciones y por el ruido ambiental

La habitacion era muy pequeña, no había donde dejar la ropa. Las fotos muestran una habitacion con lavaplatos y cocinilla, y en la realidad no es así. El idioma dificulta muchísimo la comunicación, la anfitriona era muy atenta, pero poco pudimos comunicarnos.

My stay in Split was truly special, thanks to my accommodation at Sobe Jukic. The room was exceptionally comfortable and had everything I needed for a perfect holiday – a safe, cosy space in a superb location. There are great restaurants all around, the marina is just a 3-minute walk away, and the main avenue of Split is about 5 minutes on foot. Everything is within easy reach. The lady in charge of the guesthouse was always kind, helpful and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved my time in Split, and I will definitely return – and when I do, Sobe Jukic will be my choice of accommodation again. Highly recommended!
