Localizaçao próxima a estaçao Aveiro.

Limpeza deixa a desejar e durante a noite entrou chuva na sala. O espaço do chuveiro é muito pequeno.

Localização e aproveitamento do espaço. Muito original 😃

Principalmente do conforto térmico, também poderiam melhorar um pouco os produtos de higiene dispensados assim como na cozinha.

"Descripción inexacta"

La ubicación en un barrio seguro, con muchas tiendas y panaderías en los alrededores, muy cerca de la estación y se puede ir caminando fácilmente hasta los canales y el centro comercial. Todo muy limpio y la cocina muy bien equipada.

Al reservar usé el filtro de "Parking" y aparecía como que tenía aparcamiento gratuito, lo cual no es así. El aparcamiento gratis está a varias calles detrás de la estación y frente al alojamiento se puede aparcar pagando por hora con parquímetro, pero es difícil conseguir plazas vacías. Estuvimos en invierno (finales de diciembre) y dentro del apartamento hacía mucho frío, ya que no hay calefacción, sino un calefactor que no es suficiente para calentar todo el espacio y por las ventanas se sentía como entraba el frío.

La comunicación directa y cercana con el anfitrión. Estar al lado de la estación u a 5 min de un super

El establecimiento cumplió todas mis expectativas. No tiene ninguna pega. Solo si se quiere mejorar , añadir un radiador adicional o qie caliente un poquito más. La ducha va muy justa de espacio . En nuestro caso estamos delgados y bien pero… va al límite .
