Calm and quite island in the stormy sea of Batumi. If you are searching for luxury posh place in the downtown, this place is not for you. But if you are looking for heart warming small family home this is a place you can rely on. Hosts are fantastic people who are well educated persons pleasant and interesting to talk to. Very helpful and warm hearten people. House is an old, family-owned building with big area with lawn and parking lot, cutted off from street rush. Located in 20-25 mins walkable distance from seafront, there is market area nearby with food stores. We stayed in the room with kitchen, which was very comfortable and cozy for us. AC, gas heater, even piano is there. You can rely on kitchen stuff and cook easily here. It was not build for rent but for people to live there.

We had some issues with hot water (hot water comes from gas heater which we did not know how to use), so better ask hosts how to operate with it. You need slippers which we haven't, floor is not warm. Bathroom is not attached directly to the bedroom, it's in the same floor, but it's still your private bathroom. Some construction is going in the area around which has no impact on us (no exessive noise or dust or fumes), but still is annoying.
