I've stayed here twice. The apartment is fully equipped, and even better in person than in the photos. The location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The place is cosy, neat, quiet and centrally located. The landlady and the person managing the property are extremely easy to reach out and would do anything to help you during your stay. The studio has everything you need: an electric stove and kettle, a microwave, a lot of cutlery and crockery, a big fridge with a big freezer. There's even an iron board, a washing machine and a small balcony. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Batum: you won't regret it!

Very nice and spacious appartment. Host is very friendly. It's high up so you even get a little view over the city.

There were some issues about check-in time but it was due to translation issues and only a minor issue. There are only 3 elevators for a huge building, means you have to wait a while to go up or down - only a minor issue.
