Design of room, hard mattress, bad pillows, low quality bed linen. Lack of protective nets on the windows (there were mosquitoes)

Great location, and had good directions to find the hotel. Upon arrival the host was very nice, offered tea, coffee and some sweets, very friendly. Showed us the room which was had all the amenities. Kitchen had microwave, stove, kettle and sink.

Room was a little smoky, and external door didn't lock which can be pretty normal in these places.

The hotel is in a quiet street in the center of Old Batumi. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Madonna the owner of the hotel is very kind, helpful and hospitable, I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in the center of Old Batumi, and still in a quiet street without car noises. The location is perfect. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean, the mattress was perfect and the balcony super nice. I have been to Batumi many times, this was definitely the best apartment of all.

Great location and amazing hospitality

The view from a balcony was nice- we could see street alley with Christmas decorations! I also appreciated we had small kitchen in the room, bathroom. The host gave a cake upon arrival :) and also a good advice for a place to try Georgian cuisine.

We had a connecting room to another room, they were separated with the locked door, so we heard our neighbors talking and some of them stayed up quite late.
