Premium apartment in Porta Batumi Tower

Bessarion is a kind, responsive and communicative person. The apartment is located in a high-rise building with a very good location. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay, and from the bedroom window and balcony there is an impressive and beautiful view of the sea, mountains, promenade and attractions in the immediate vicinity. I will reveal that one of the elevators can be used to go up to the 42nd floor of the building, from which the corridor offers an impressive panoramic view of the sea and the city.

Amazing apartment with a balcony, overlooking the beach!

View is nice . Building is new with multiple lifts. Never has to wait for lift. All attractions are within 10 mins walking. Apartment interiors are modern and is in excellent condition.

I've visited the property several times. The apartment is super, very comfortable and well equipped with its best location and super host Beso, who is constantly on line and always eager to help. Will definitely be back ❤️

We enjoyed everything.

The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even exceeding the first impression. Dizzying view from the windows! to the sea and to the mountains. There were 2 adults and 2 children living, and everything we needed was there. Separately, I would like to note the friendliness of the owner, as well as the ease of communication with him.

I stayed in a lovely apartment in Batumi with an amazing panoramic view. The place is very modern, comfortable, and cosy. It’s in the best location in Batumi, close to everything. A great choice for a stay, highly recommend!

You can't have better location than this in whole Batumi. one of the best location view was fantastic. One bedroom appartment is infornt of Alphabet tower with high speed internet, comfy sofa and bed. Bessarion explained everything clearly and the check out was easy.
